Jon Eric Smenner - HOME RUN

June 2008 195th District Court -- Murder -- Not Guilty -- Trial By Jury -- There was DNA evidence. There had been a fight in a club parking lot and a gun was produced and the victim was shot in the head shoulder and back. Client's DNA was found under the deceased's fingernails. There was also testimony that the client had confessed to a few of his friends. The jury came back that Friday just before 4pm with a Not Guilty.
